The last couple weeks, I’ve only had time for posting weekend roundups. It doesn’t help that we haven’t had Internet hooked up at our house. That just got installed today. So, in the meantime, my regular posts have been on hold.
However, in this weekend roundup, I have several thoughtful articles to share with you. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did.
Be sure to also check today’s Kindle Deals. Several of them touch on the messiness of relationships, grace and marriage.

Following up his article last week, Preston Sprinkle explains why he believes the debate about same-sex marriage is NOT a secondary theological issue. Again, I appreciate Sprinkle’s faithfulness to truth while pressing through common cliche’s in order to get better answers.
Parenting Is Like Jazz
Overwhelmed by parenting? Ever look at your child and wonder what in the world to do? This article spoke a lot of peace to me as a father who often finds myself in this state. Parenting isn’t so much about fixing a child, or getting him to behave just right, but about discovering more of God–the ultimate Parent.

I was homeschooled all my life. My parents watched the whole homeschool movement evolve. Yet, not even I knew some of these historical facts about the homeschooling movement. I found it fascinating.
